-     One on one personal attention.You will only have to communicate with Donna Bennington and Windy Morris (owners/Agents) rather than countless many, we will communicate with all of the parties related to the transaction to ensure a smooth hassle-free closing.

-    We will happily order all inspections including but not limited to: survey, termite inspection, and home inspection.

-    We will bring the closing to you at no additional charge as an extra added convenience (up to 1 hour away).

-     Final owner's policies are issued at the time of closing rather than having to wait for it to arrive by mail weeks later (First American Title Insurance Company is our underwriter).

-     Our fees are: Closing Fee: $225.00 and up

                              Title Search: $75.00

                              Title Exam: NO CHARGE

-    We handle closings for the entire state of Florida.

-    We have a Spanish Translator when necessary for an additional $50.00 charge.
